Professional background: I have a customer service background, and I love working with people. I have completed a great deal on the job training with Male Fertility Specialists, and I can say without a doubt that I truly enjoy coming to work every day and helping out couples and seeing them start their journey on creating a family.
Daily responsibilities: My daily responsibilities include answering phones, filing, data entry, billing, making appointments. I am pretty much an office floater - if anything needs to be done I can make it happen.
What is the best part of your work: The best part of my work is making patients happy, I absolutely love when the patients stop in after they have seen Dr. Bastuba and share their gratitude. What we do here is amazing and I am so happy I get to be a part of it.
How do you spend your free time outside of work: Well right now I am 8 months pregnant so most of my free time lately has been spent relaxing and getting everything ready for my bundle of joy that should be arriving late October. I also enjoy doing outdoor activities, including going to the lake or just hanging out with friends.
